The activity enabled students to understand and practically apply the nine key building blocks of a business model: Customer Segments, Value Propositions, Channels, Customer Relationships, Revenue Streams, Key Resources, Key Activities, Key Partnerships, and Cost Structure.
Students developed and presented business model ideas by identifying target customers, creating value propositions, planning resources and activities, and analysing revenue and cost structures. The activity enhanced their entrepreneurial thinking, creativity, problem-solving, business planning, teamwork, and decision-making skills. Students also gained practical knowledge of how a business idea can be structured and evaluated before implementation.
