Engineered to be industry ready
The CDC's training charter is built around five goals: placement for every eligible student, real confidence, the right professional attitude, sharper employable skills, and graduates who are industry-ready from day one.
A structured calendar rather than one-off sessions, led by corporate trainers and in-house faculty, with company-specific training ahead of each recruiter's visit.
Career guidance and support programmes for every student.
Workshops that build communication skills and professional personality.
Regular drills led by corporate trainers and in-house faculty.
Hands-on training in current programming languages.
Group-discussion practice and interview-skill preparation.
Recurring online assessments to track readiness.
Targeted preparation scheduled ahead of each recruiter's visit.
Training that connects students directly with industry.
Four connected tracks prepare every student for recruitment and for the first day on the job.
Goes beyond quantitative drills to build focus and self-control, pattern recognition across problems, critical thinking under time pressure and comfort with challenge. Students also develop self-directed learning habits that outlast the placement season.
Covers current programming languages, operating-system fundamentals and day-one software proficiency. Domain-specific training is aligned to each branch, with basic project-management practice and applied data analysis.
Moves students from passive listening to active engagement: asking sharper questions, structuring a business narrative persuasively and negotiating outcomes with confidence.
Rounds out the employability profile with teamwork and leadership under pressure, professional resume building and structured interview practice. Time and stress management, sound decision-making, strong work ethics and adaptability complete the track.
Hackathons, technical fests and cultural clubs where KPRIET students build, compete and perform.
