HOD/Civil presented last year academic achievements to the parents that included both student and faculty member's activities
Attendance Percentage of the students was discussed and it was informed to the parents that if student secures less than 65% of attendance, they will not be allowed for semester exams
Slow learners coaching class has been planned for students after working hours, parents are requested to motivate the students to attend.
Scholarship will be cancelled for students, if he/she fails in a subject or if he/she did not participate in any academic or sports activities
GATE training is planned in afternoon and it is in progress for III year students, parents are also informed to educate and make use of the opportunity.
HOD/Civil explained about Honours and Minors degree courses and this degree will be useful for the student’s who need IT placement and Civil MNC placement
HOD discussed the placement and Internship opportunities for students and parents asked to motivate the students to work in a company if it is far away from hometown.
HOD insisted more about discipline and dress code for the students.
One credit course, value added course, BIM course were discussed by HOD/Civil and parents are asked to inform the students and make use of the opportunity.
