ROLE OF MECHATRONICS IN AUTOMATION:

Saving time: An integrated production line is much faster when compared to a system with different engineering concepts detached from each other. It saves a lot of time when products are imaged, sorted, measured, and recorded as they move in a belt, as opposed to different stages and locations.

Increase in output: A fast system means a good uptick in the production capacity. Mechatronics has made it easy to manufacture mass amounts of products.

It’s more cost-effective: When you have an automated production line at work, it means that you use less manpower. That translates into savings in terms of labor costs. Besides that, an automated system is more efficient in operation, with less technical and input errors.

KEY TECHNOLOGY:

The Software Defined Vehicle (SDV) is the technological key that opens the field to give vehicles the possibility to evolve during their life: enhanced navigation and connectivity, upgrade applications in real time, enhanced safety and sustainability, etc. All for an improved driving experience.

Electric Vehicles (EVs):  Renault Nissan have been actively developing electric vehicles and expanding their EV lineup. They have been investing in new technologies and platforms to improve the range, performance, and affordability of their electric cars.

Autonomous Driving: Renault and Nissan have been working on autonomous driving technologies to enhance the safety and convenience of their vehicles. They have been conducting research and testing in this area to bring self-driving features to their cars in the future.

HOW RENAULT NISSAN FUTURE READY:

The new vehicles will also include four SUVs with conventional engines, the first of which will hit the market.
