2023 First International Conference on Data Science and Advanced Computing (ICDSAC 2023) is to provide a forum for researchers, scientists, academicians, scholars and practitioners around the world to present papers on recent developments in the broad fields of Data Science and Advanced Computing. It also provides a premier interdisciplinary platform for researchers, practitioners and educators to present and discuss the most recent innovations, trends, and concerns as well as practical challenges encountered and solutions adopted in the fields of Data Science and Advanced Computing. ICDSAC 2023 is organized by the departments of Computer Science and Engineering & Data Science and Artificial Intelligence, KPR Institute of Engineering & Technology, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. The conference will be held during 23 – 24, June 2023.
The ICDSAC Conference series aims for a great gathering of both industrial and academic professional from across the world in the fields of Data Science and Advanced Computing. It provides a major forum for the exchange of information among practicing professionals from all over the globe in the areas of greater importance such as data science and computing.
The Formal inauguration of the 2023 First International Conference on Data Science and Advanced Computing (ICDSAC 2023) was held on 23rd JUNE 2023 at The Legend Hall, KPR Institute of Engineering and Technology in online mode.The inaugural ceremony was then open with the welcome Address by Dr. A.C. Sumathi, Head, Department of Artificial Intelligence and DataScience, KPRIET. A comprehensive introduction about the conference was delivered by Dr. N.Yuvaraj, Head, Department of Computer science and engineering, KPRIET.Then the keynote speaker of the day Dr. Nur Hafizah Ghazali, Department of Computer Science, Faculty of Electronic Engineering and Technology, University of Malaysia Perlis, Malaysia, started stating her experience and knowledge in the field of Data Science and Advanced Computing. She spoke with an immense love and respect towards her field.After the inspiring speech, Dr. S. Manoj Kumar, Professor, Department of Computer science and engineering, KPRIET delivered the vote of thanks on behalf of the organizing committee.The Two-day conference comprised of 5 plenary sessions, with one Session Chair and one Session Coordinator per session. Each speaker was given 10 minutes to present, followed by 5 minutes for questions.
The Conference ended with these probable outcomes and conclusions:
1.The computing research approaches are rooted in a scientific perspective founded on basic and applied research and analysis.
