This Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) is made on 19/05/2023 between Wonders Inc, GST No: 33BMVPS6686J1, No 721/2 Sri Vengi Complex , 2nd Floor, 5th Shop, Cross Cut Road, near north Covai -Fly over, Coimbatore , Tamil Nadu 641012 and KPR Institute of Engineering and Technology (KPRIET), an Educational Institution, approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi (Approval No. F.No.07-08/TN/E&T/2009/12 dated 10.6.2009) situated at Avinashi road, Arasur, Coimbatore – 641 407, Tamil Nadu (Herein after referred to as “KPRIET”, which expression shall unless repugnant to the context or meaning thereof, include its successors in interest and permitted assigns. Wonders Inc (GST No: 33BMVPS6686J1) as a professionally Managed Company in Marketing – Interiors, Modular Furniture Office related Products. They are associated with Rock worth (based in Thailand) The Group has emerged as a multinational company in its own right, with offices in China with over 100 employees. They represent the best brands worldwide in Furniture, Interiors & Equipment like Rockworth, control4, Apex Tent, Eagle Windows, DESSO. etc.,The main theme of this MOA is to construct the innovative prefabricated structure with the concept of biomimicry architecture as “BIOMIMIC INNOVATION CENTRE” the building without concrete, sand and bricks. The company provides Rs.3,00,000/- worth materials for the construction. Any financial obligations on either of the parties due to industrial Visits, Guest Lecture, Projects, and R&D work, Training Consultancies etc. should be mutually agreed upon in advance on case-to-case basis. A community of biomimicry enthusiasts who are exploring opportunities in research, entrepreneurship, new products, processes, and systems will be formed.
