KPR Institute of Engineering and Technology, Unnat Bharat Abhiyan Participated in National level Tech4seva - UNNATI MAHOTSAV organized by IIT Delhi. Robotic Predators to Control Crop-eating Birds represented by Dr. Arivazhagan S, Asst. Professor, and Mr. Sukant. S, KPR Institute of Engineering and Technology, Coimbatore. At the event of a session on About UNNATI Mahotsav by Prof. V.K. Vijay, National Coordinator, Unnat Bharat Abhiyan, IIT Delhi was convened and it was very useful. Welcome, Address was given by Prof. Rangan Banerjee, Director of IIT Delhi. Later Address by Chief Guest Dr. Subhas Sarkar, Hon’ble Minister of State for Education “Launch of Website - Unnat Bharat Abhiyan or Inauguration of UNNATI Mahotsav” followed by a visit to UNNATI TECHNOLOGY DEMONSTRATION. Later Progress Presentation of Regional Coordinating Institutes was conducted at R&I Park, IIT Delhi. A session on Community Engagement and Ground level Implementation of Interventions was conducted. The keynote speech was given by Shri Harsh Chouhan, Chairman of, the National Commission for Scheduled Tribes. Dr. Chintan Vaishnav, Mission Director, Atal Innovation Mission, NITI Aayog addressed the gathering. Followed by the above event, Shri. Gajanan Dange, President, YOJAK and Shri. Anil Wali, Managing Director, FITT addressed the participants. On the second day, the Session on “Convergence of Subject Expert Groups with Mission Level Programmes” Round table discussion of SEG with NECTAR, CSIR, YOJAK, TRIFED, FISS, AIM, MoPR, DST, NWM, ICAR, NMCG, GOBARdhan, MSME & MoRD was conducted. After the round table discussion Interaction with the beneficiaries (Gram Pradhan, Village, Participating Institutes) was conducted.
