The EKKI-KPRIET International Water Technology Centre (EIWTC) was conducted a value added course on “Centrifugal Pumps Testing, Design and Analysis” for second year EEE, Mechanical, Civil and Chemical students on 11/02/2023. A heart-warming welcome was delivered by Prof.B.Lalitha, AP (Sr.G)/EEE. Dr.K.Mohana Sundaram addressed the gathering and shared the glimpse of EIWTC. The session details are opportunities in pump sector, drive technologies in pumps, pump selection & application, cavitation, pump installation and trouble shooting and pump performance testing. The sessions was handled by Prof.V.Bhuvaneswari, AP (Sr.G)/Mech, Dr.S.Kanmani, AsP/Civil and Prof.C.J.Vignesh, AP (Sr.G)/EEE .This EKKI-KPRIET International Water Technology Centre facilitates the students to serve as interns in the college premises rather than reaching out to the industry. Totally 22 second year students were benefited through this value added course.
