The Career Development Centre (CDC) and Centre for Staff Development (CSD), KPRIET, jointly organized the 24-Hour Faculty Hackathon – HackGuru 2026 on 9 and 10 October 2026. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from 44 teams comprising 163 faculty members across various departments. The hackathon was conducted under five themes, encouraging multidisciplinary collaboration, innovative thinking, and practical problem-solving. A two-phase evaluation was carried out by 18 experts to assess the proposed solutions based on innovation, feasibility, and technical excellence. Cash awards were presented to the winning teams, recognizing their outstanding contributions. The event fostered a culture of innovation, teamwork, and continuous professional development among faculty members.
