The Centre for Staff Development, in association with KPR Business School, organized a faculty development session titled "Mentoring Minds and Building Teams" for first-year faculty members. The programme focused on strengthening mentoring practices and nurturing collaboration among faculty from Engineering and Science & Humanities disciplines.
