To establish an effective communication platform between parents and faculty members to discuss students' academic performance, attendance, discipline, mentoring, placement readiness, and overall personal and professional development.
Proceedings :
The Parent-Faculty Connect commenced with a welcome address by the Head of the Department, emphasizing the importance of parental involvement in students' academic journey. Faculty mentors then interacted with parents individually and collectively, presenting updates on students' academic achievements, attendance records, internal assessment performance, project involvement, internships, skill enhancement activities, and placement preparation. Parents were encouraged to share their observations and concerns regarding their wards. Faculty members addressed queries related to academics, career guidance, higher education opportunities, placement training, and student well-being. Constructive suggestions were exchanged to create personalized improvement plans for students requiring additional academic support. The meeting concluded with a vote of thanks, expressing gratitude to all parents for their active participation and continued cooperation in nurturing the academic and professional growth of the students.
