The Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering-students association- SPARTRANZ of KPR Institute of Engineering and Technology organized a Guest lecture on “Industrial IoT-Edge & Fog Computing” on 05.02.2022. The resource person is Mr. Hemanand Ramasamy, Founder and CEO, Mach Datum Pvt.Ltd, Tamilnadu. Around 135studnets from I and III year have attended this guest lecture. He has elaborated the basics of IoT and explained the difference between IoT and Industrial IoT. And also he has explained the need of edge and fog computing. The session was very interactive.
