Learners were enabled to organize, analyze, and visualize data using MS Excel, apply formulas and PivotTables for decision making, and derive meaningful insights from real-world datasets. The following outcomes were observed.
Understand and organize data effectively using Excel features such as tables, sorting, filtering, and data validation.
Apply essential Excel formulas and functions (SUM, AVERAGE, IF, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, COUNT, etc.) to perform accurate data analysis.
Analyze datasets using PivotTables and PivotCharts to summarize, compare, and interpret large volumes of data.
Visualize data using charts and graphs to present insights clearly and support data-driven decision making.
Perform basic statistical analysis using Excel tools to identify trends, patterns, and variations in data.
Clean and preprocess raw data by handling missing values, duplicates, and inconsistencies.
Use Excel tools for business and managerial decision support, including what-if analysis, conditional formatting, and dashboards.
Interpret analytical results and convert numerical findings into meaningful insights and conclusions.
