PLANTATION DRIVE- KADUVETTIPALAYAM, KPR Institute Engineering and Technology, Autonomous Engineering Institution, Coimbatore, India

“Trees ate the earth’s endless effort to speak to the listening heaven”.
Planting trees is one of the primary duties of every citizen not only for the benefits of our generation but also for our future generation. Our ECO CLUB of KPRIET SANGAMAM knows the real value of planting trees. So, we started focusing on planting more trees in and around our college. On August 11, we ECO CLUB of KPRIET SANGAMAM along with National Cadet Corps (NCC) and Unnat Bharat Abhiyan (UBA) visited Kaduvettipalayam for planting trees. On account of 75th Independence day, we created "Sudandira Vanam" in Kaduvettipalayam. More than 30 Eco Warriors along with our faculty coordinator Dr. R. Saravanan visited Kaduvettipalayam and planted more than 300 trees. The plants were provided by L & T Constructions. Also, we presented Solar lights to the village Panchayat.
