INNOVSENSE 2023 V1.0 FINAL, KPR Institute Engineering and Technology, Autonomous Engineering Institution, Coimbatore, India

Innovsense 2023 v1.0    was initiated by the Center of Innovation Incubation and Entrepreneurship  on 27/02/2023 for all department students  , Registrations were 166 teams with inter discipline students. Regular review and guidance were given for the students to develop proto types and improve the innovative component exhibited in the projects. On 17.08.2023 the first level of common evaluation was conducted with physical exhibits and presentation to external review committee from industrial experts.  On 18.04.2023 The Evaluators Shri. Castro Franklin PT Head of Plant - Operations, Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy, Chennai and Shri. Samuel Shanthanaraja R General Manager, ITC Infotech, Bangalore reviewed the projects exhibited by students from interdisciplinary departments. The Head of CIIED Dr. K. Ravikumar delivered the welcome address. The Principal of KPRIET Dr. M. Akila felicitated the gathering and introduced the chief guests. The chief guests deliberated the sessions and gave glimpse. All the participants were given certificates, the winning teams were felicitated with mementos' and seed funding.    A total of 10 projects were awarded a cash prize of worth Rs. 1, 50,000 to the students. The contest opened the threshold of creative and skill based learning for the students to explore the world that are yet to discover. The students and faculty mentors of the projects were happy about their innovations and to receive appreciation from the management for their work. In view of the initiative from the college to create an environment for encouraging projects the experts were kind enough to support the students in case they require any support.
