Similarly, Ms. Palak Awasthi, Software Engineering MTS, highlighted that current job roles will not disappear but rather transform into new ones, while Mr. Abhinav Gambhir, Senior Manager – Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), emphasized the significant role AI will play in shaping the future of work. Dr. Julia Binti Juremi, Head of Forensic and Cyber Security Research Center at Asia Pacific University of Technology and Innovation, Malaysia, discussed how industries can ensure security in their working environments, stressing the importance of using password tools to encrypt sensitive data. Dr. Vinesh Thiruchelvam, Deputy Vice Chancellor at the same university, shared insights on how innovation can play a key role in bridging industry and academia. Collectively, their discussions influenced the students to think critically about future career trends, adaptability, security, and innovation, while also addressing students’ questions on how agentic AI can be effectively applied in professional and real-world contexts.
