The SPARKS Student Association of the Department of Artificial Intelligence and Data Science at KPR Institute of Engineering and Technology was formally inaugurated on 6th August 2025 at Ragam Hall. The ceremony commenced with the Tamil Thai Vazhthu and a welcome address by the faculty coordinator. The Chief Guest, Mr. Sabarinathan Muthu, was warmly felicitated and invited to deliver the inaugural address. In his motivating speech, he emphasized the importance of continuous learning, practical exposure, and staying aligned with the latest trends in Data Science and AI. He also shared his entrepreneurial journey and industry insights, which resonated deeply with the student audience. The newly elected office bearers of the SPARKS Association were introduced and took their oath of responsibility. The event concluded with a vote of thanks and group photo session.
