Designathon 2025 was successfully conducted with enthusiastic participation and remarkable creativity from students across Tamil Nadu. The event served as a dynamic platform for young innovators to tackle real-world industrial design challenges through collaborative problem-solving and design thinking.

Participants:

  • External Participants: 27 students from various reputed institutions across Tamil Nadu.

  • Internal Participants: 5 students from KPR Institute of Engineering and Technology (KPRIET).

Jury Member:
We had the honor of hosting Mr. M. Kannan, Senior Design Engineer at MKS Vision India Pvt. Ltd., Coimbatore, as the jury member for the event. His presence added immense value to the competition.

Jury Insights:
Mr. M. Kannan shared his deep industry insights during the evaluation process and provided expert guidance to the participants on:

  • Practical considerations in product development.
