Objective:

The CHUEX Session, organized by Student Affairs in collaboration with the Centre for Human Excellence (CHUEX), aimed to provide 3rd-year students with valuable insights into personal development, emotional intelligence, and stress management techniques.

Session Overview:

The sessions were conducted by esteemed clinical psychologists Mr. Babu Rangarajan, Head of CHUEX, and Mrs. Roja Ramni, Associate Head of CHUEX. The event targeted students from different disciplines, with each session tailored to address the specific needs and challenges of the respective cohorts.

The CHUEX Session for 3rd-year students was a resounding success, providing participants with valuable tools and insights to navigate the challenges of academic and personal life. The event underscored the importance of holistic development and the role of self-awareness in fostering resilience and well-being.
