The webinar covered several key points related to soft skills and their relevance in today's era, such as Rising Importance of Soft Skills, Communication Skills, Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking, teamwork and Collaboration. The speaker highlighted the five C's of Soft skills and also mentioned their importance in the professional and personal life. The five C's are Communication, Competence, Critical Thinking, Confidence and Collaboration.
