In addition, the faculty members were trained to do yoga practices in the morning and evening session of the workshop. Few of which includes, Yoga holds great importance for individuals' physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. Here are some of the key importances of practicing yoga:

 

Physical Health: Yoga consists of various postures (asanas) and movements that promote flexibility, strength, balance, and overall physical fitness. Regular practice can help improve muscle tone, enhance circulation, and increase joint flexibility, leading to better overall health.
