He is going to discuss following topics Basics of Robotic welding Robot safety Types of Robot application Selection of Robot and axis w.r.to application Selection of Robot accessories w.r.to application Robot teaching – TPC, WOC, Multi end effectors, command logics Hands-on training Types of Robot accessories External axis application Usage of simulation software Design of fixtures Application of Robotic add on software and its working principles. The outcome of the events is Students gained knowledge on How robots can be employed in welding applications, Students gained knowledge on Different types of industrial robots, Hands-on training on "ABB Robot simulation software", Underwent one-day skill training in Welding Robots in the industry, Earned their One credit through the course "Introduction to robotic welding", 3 Students will undergo 2 weeks internship in Kavin Inc., Coimbatore, 5 students will involve in product development in association with Kavin Inc., Coimbatore. Students have understood the expectation from the Robot automation industry, different grades of job opportunities in the automation field and an overview of industrial robots. If the students will perform well in the internship means the company is ready to support their placement in ABB, Kuka, Yaskawa ad other Robot manufacturers with high pay.
