FIESTAA -23 -PROJECT EXPO, KPR Institute Engineering and Technology, Autonomous Engineering Institution, Coimbatore, India

On the 17th of February 2023, a Project Expo event was organised by  Fiestaa 23,Department of Artificial Intelligence and Data Science and facilitated by Dr.A.C.Sumathi Head/AD and Coordinated by Dr.V.Vignesh Association Incharge
Mr.Sahasranaman Balasubramanian Senior Project Manager, Software Group solutions, chennai act as jury for this event. He addressed the session with very knowledgeable insights and well encouraging words that gave an exposure to students how to learn outcomes of the projects and striving hard to reach end user and how projects should impact the society. Many students from different branches showed interest to showcase their project, the projects are from different streams and interdisciplinary fields like Internet of Things, Artificial Intelligence, Image Processing, Machine Learning, Deep Learning.
Major objective of organizing this exhibition was to provide the platform and unleash the potential of the students by showcasing their innovative projects developed in the Final Year either as Industry Defined Problem or User Defined Problem and provide an opportunity for the students to demonstrate their learning experience. In this event 31 projects were exhibited for competition.
Objectives:  To empower every student to achieve their truest potential.  To realize engineering passion with respect to build something innovate for the future.  To enhance industry and institute interaction.  To motivate students for present their innovative ideas.
Outcomes: Experts from industries have evaluated the student’s projects and gave their valuable remarks and feedback on the topic of the project and interacted with students about how to improve the quality of the work and project at large. Students were able to fulfil the objectives of the creative thinking while preparing the posters.
 Students were able to i. Efficiently present their idea. ii. Design the poster with all technical aspects. iii. Visually represent the key points.
This exhibition also provided a unique platform to the participating students for their innovations and new experiences with the community.
