QUIZ, KPR Institute Engineering and Technology, Autonomous Engineering Institution, Coimbatore, India

On the 17th of February 2023, a Quiz competition was organised by  Fiestaa 23,Department of Artificial Intelligence and Data Science and facilitated by Dr.A.C.Sumathi Head/AD and Coordinated by Dr.V.Vignesh Association Incharge coordinated the workshop for the students and faculties of KPRIET and other participants from other institutions.
 The goal of the Event Quiz competitions is always interesting and informative, which keeps the students interested. The primary goal of this event is to educate them on current knowledge in Information Technology. The quiz was divided into four rounds: 1. The elimination round, in which the quiz was held separately for each team in written format. The second round focuses on current events, the third on a visual theme. The names of the winners were announced at the end of the ceremony. The Head of the department    motivated the students by providing them with certificates and prize money. The first-place winner received a certificate and Rs. 1500/- in prize money, while the second-place winners received Rs. 1000/-. The quiz competition resulted in students who were very responsive, well-prepared, enthusiastic, and followed the rules. The level of competition was kept on par with competitive exams to assist students in their academic careers and future job opportunities. The students appreciated the department's efforts to broaden their knowledge and learning
Overall 71 students participated from different departments and from different institutions. This event was a good learning experience for the participants. They had the opportunity to familiarize themselves in the recent trends in Industry. The Quiz coordinator was Mr.Vijayakanth Assistant Professor and was assisted by Ms.Swetha from III AD. The convener was Dr.V.Vignesh, Asso.Prof. cum Association Incharge.
