Summary

Introduction:

The International Education Visit to Malaysia, organized by the Student Affairs office at KPRIET, aimed to provide students with a global learning experience. The event was initiated under the guidance of Dr. J. Suryakanth, Director of Student Affairs and Alumni Relations, and Dr. P. Ravikumar, Head of Student Affairs and Alumni Relations. The trip, approved by Principal Dr. M. Ramasamy, included a group of 18 students led by Dr. V. Rajeshkumar, Head of Sangamam, who accompanied the students throughout the journey.

 

Objectives:

Academic Exposure: Gain insights into international educational practices and advancements.

Cultural Immersion: Explore and appreciate the cultural diversity of Malaysia.

Networking Opportunities: Foster connections with international peers and professionals.

Personal and Professional Development: Enhance leadership and teamwork skills; inspire career aspirations.

Global Awareness: Understand the socio-economic and technological landscape of Malaysia.

Itinerary:

Day 1: Departure from KPRIET to Cochin International Airport; Flight to Kuala Lumpur.

Day 2: Visit to Sunway University and Multimedia University.

Day 3: Exploration of Genting Highlands and Batu Caves.

Day 4: Kuala Lumpur City Tour and visit to Putrajaya.

Day 5: Return from Kuala Lumpur Airport to Trichy Airport.

 

Global Awareness: Participants gained a broader global perspective, understanding Malaysia's socio-economic dynamics and technological advancements.
